What does unlimited ingest mean?

You are billed on stored data, not on how much you send in. No ingest fees. No query limits on the Cloud plan as published.

Community 20 GB — storage or ingestion?

The pricing page says 20 GB / monthly storage. An FAQ scrape also mentioned 20GB ingestion. Both are quoted here; they are not reconciled.

Trials and retention?

30-day trials on the scrape. Cloud default retention is 550 days. Community lists 90-day data retention.
